At NorthStore UK we use Supplier CRM to service the needs of our client, GFA ltd. Before Supplier CRM, our client would send us spreadsheets containing the days orders. We would then spend considerable time formatting the data into postage labels, uploading into the courier site to create postage labels and this all worked OK until we need to change or revise an order, and then the process would have to start from scratch again.

It was fraught with errors and took hours of man time.

Today, we log into Supplier CRM, we can easily view orders, adjust stocks, download our picks for the day, and the client can see what we have picked and packed in real time.

It’s so easy and saved us so many man-hours. The warehouse team love it. The system generates an invoice for our work to the client, everything is tracked, recorded and easy to access.
